The quality department, the keystone in the process

To produce qualities that meet customers’ specifications, Corplex Recycling has its own laboratory, equipped in particular with a mini- extruder, a film extruder and a mini-injection moulding machine, which enables it to carry out a whole series of quality tests, at every stage of the process.

Samples are taken from every container of pellets produced for testing, thereby guaranteeing the quality of the pellets.

Tests include in particular MFI (Melt Flow Index), density, filler content, bulk density, volatile content. In addition, when necessary, there are also extrudability, extrusion-blow moulding and colorimetry tests, among others.

Thermoplastic compounds are produced to specifications defined by customers. The pellets produced by Corplex Recycling constitute a new raw material ready for use in injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, rotational moulding installations, etc.

Pre-processed and processed products can be supplied in big bags, octabins, 25 kg sacks or tanks.
